Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are shipped the incorrect item or if the item is defective, CubeSense will replace the item or issue you a full refund. To receive a replacement or refund, the incorrect or damaged item must be returned unopened and in its original carton. To request a return authorization number, please email return requests to info@cubesense.com
For returns of orders consisting of 20 or fewer individual units, that were not defective, will issue you a refund less a 25% restocking fee upon receiving the returned product. CubeSense is not able to refund shipping costs or reimburse for return shipping.
Our terms with the manufacturers we work with do not allow us to return non-defective product to them. As a result, and in order to keep our prices low, we are not able to accept returns of orders that were in excess of 20 individual units. If you have any questions, please email info@cubesense.com
Please note that the total price of any order will include applicable US state sales taxes only. All other taxes and/or duties which may be applicable are the sole responsibility of and shall be paid by the Customer.
